Mariah graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2012 with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
She has experience with a wide variety of clients - ranging from newborns/infants to adults with injuries from their active lifestyle, and with various neurological or orthopedic conditions. She has worked in the hospital settings, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient settings.
Mariah fell in love with Craniosacral Therapy in 2014 working in the hospital setting with stroke survivors and post surgical patients, as well as outpatient pediatrics. She is now advanced trained and certified through the Upledger Institute. Her CST training primarily comes through Upledger and Chikly Institutes, with Visceral and Neuromeningeal Manipulation from Barral Institutes, and Lymph Drainage (level 1) from Chikly Institute. Mariah has several years of experience and training with torticollis, plagiocephaly, and tethered oral tissues. Mariah has worked closely with chiropractors, lactation consultants, dentists, physicians, mental-health professionals, physical/occupational/speech therapists, acupuncturists and various other disciplines to provide excellent well-rounded care for her patients.
Mariah has personal and professional experience with many concerns that parents face with tongue/lip tie, reflux, head shape, sleep, torticollis, general tightness, GI issues, feeding/nursing and developmental motor skills. Mariah enjoys working with families and facilitating change with people of all ages.
During her personal time, Mariah loves traveling, hiking, kayaking, fishing, gardening, and adores her husband and son.

Kristi graduated from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2017 with a Masters of Occupational Therapy. She also graduated with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from California State University of Fullerton in 2015. Kristi is passionate about CranioSacral therapy. She is trained and is pursuing her full certification through the Upledger Institute. Kristi has experience in outpatient settings for children and adults. She also has experience in the school setting as well as sensory clinics with children ages three to twenty one. She has worked closely with speech/physical/occupational/ABA therapists, psychologists, nurses, teachers and parents.
Kristi also does inner child work as an Ascension Practitioner, utilizing muscle testing and other modalities. She loves integrating these modalities to treat the whole person.
She loves the outdoors and can be found hiking and doing nature photography. She is passionate about learning and enjoys new experiences!
Rebeka Epps

Rebeka graduated from Milligan College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications. She uses the skill set she learned to help communicate with patients well to ensure they receive the best experience while visiting Unwinding!
Rebeka loves living in the Upstate of South Carolina as it reminds her much of her home in East Tennessee. She enjoys spending her time with her husband and baby girl, working on her photography, and planning her next trip to Disney!
